The Name
Ætlo
ætla · to plan · to intend · to set out to do
The name says it all.
Ætlo goes back to the Old Norse word ætla, “to intend, to plan, to set out to do something.” Even the related noun ætlan carried a remarkable amount at once a thousand years ago: thought, plan, design and even calculation.
That is the bridge we build today: from what a company wants to achieve, to what a system reliably executes. Intent first, then the system.
Why the Æ?
Æ isn’t a decorated “ae” but a letter of its own: “ash” (æsc), an old ligature of a and e. A deliberately chosen mark, not the convenient spelling. Old root, new form.

I'm Reon Schröder. Hands-on. Builder.
I come from luxury hospitality with deep experience in event staffing and project management. Today I work full-time at a premium boutique staffing agency as Project Lead and multi-system owner.
At 17 I built a software company, worked with developers in China and Brazil, and sold it successfully after 4 years.
I build automations for companies in staffing, hospitality and other industries. Not a developer learning processes, but an operator who learned to build.
